Because these are over-the-counter medications, our returns policy is intentionally conservative to protect product integrity and buyer safety.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, short-shipped, or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@omegachemist247.com with your order reference and photos where applicable, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unopened, Undamaged Product

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and bulk order return terms are set out in the purchase agreement confirmed with your account during onboarding, and take precedence over the general policy above.
